According to The Hollywood Reporter, Foxx and Latifah have joined the cast of “Valentine’s Day”, directed by Garry Marshall for New Line Cinema. The story follows five couples, or folks who should be couples, around Valentines Day In Los Angeles. Foxx plays a TV sports reporter who has been sent out on a “Valentine’s Day in L.A.” story instead of covering his usual beat. Latifah plays the agent for Eric Dane’s character, a football player.
Now, this film is shooting NOW in Los Angeles, which makes one wonder how Latifah does it. She is currently on set with Common in “Just Wright”, directed by Sanaa Hamri (see below). Latifah can also be heard in the 3-D release “Ice Age: Dawn Of the Dinosaurs”.
