Filmmaker Steve McQueen
Artist/director Steve McQueen’s second feature film will reunite him with the star of his debut (“Hunger”, 2009) – actor Michael Fassbender. The new film is called “Shame”, a film that will examine the nature of need, how people live their lives and react to the experiences that shape them.
In this story, Fassbender will play Brandon, a 30-something man living in New York, who is unable to manage his sex life.
This film was written by McQueen and Abi Morgan (“Brick Lane”). Production will begin in January.
